So long, Frank Lloyd Wright

In the interest of de-spam-ifying further, as I move my domains over, I think I’m going to switch my mail address over to making kevin at sonney dot com my principle email address, and let alchemist at darkcanvas dot com fall into legacy use. I can pretty much point all mailing lists to gmail these days, as well.

not that alchemist at darkcanvas is going to stop working – just that I’m going to stop using it. I can always start back up again later if I’m feeling my oats.

No, you can’t feel my oats either – that’s for Renee or myself. Thanks for asking.

(And for those of you who *DON’T* get the title, it’s in reference to the Simon and Garfunkel song. Paul Simon wrote it as a farewell to his friend Art Garfunkel on Bridge Over Troubled Water, since they had agreed (at the time) it was their last album as a group.

I feel much the same way about parting ways with that email address…

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.
