Well, we at least got new pads on the driver side brakes, and the oil changed. otherwise, must effort, no results.

Fucking Honda.

In other news, I got the Internet stuff on my cel phone working. And an ssh client. Which is interesting to say the least. it really rocks, but I burned an assload of minutes in the meetings messing with it.

C’est la vie.

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

which model did you get that can run an ssh client? the palm os based one?

I’ve got the Palm based Kyocera 7135.

There are ssh clients for both the palm and wince ones, as I recall.

it’s pretty nifty, but the lack of some character types on the palm make something like screen tricky to use.

Mmmm… I’ve been drooling after a 7135 since they came out. I’ve got a 6135 now and really like it except for the quietness of the ringers. :-( Just need to wait until the price falls some.
