Of Pain and Wind

So, yeah. Did a heavy leg workout with Jenny on Monday. Still sore and finding it difficult to walk today. My Thigh muscles are killing me, even after repeated stretching attempts, walking, and whatnot. I think I hurt myself bad. *sigh* So I’m gonna try to work it out on the bike later, since I didn’t get any cardio in yesterday.

Stoipped on the way home for the LoTR:TT Boxed set, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas 2-DVD set, and the AquaTeen Hunger Force DVD. Didn’t get a chance to watch any of them, since I was watching Hockey and playing bzFlag until late.

There was a Tornado Watch announced on the way into work. The cloud movement with the frontal system is impressive, and I can’t wait for the thunderstorms later today. Might be interestng when I’m criving to lunch, though, since that’s about the time the storms shoudl start getting here.

Thinking of Lunch, I’ve got lunch with and gang today. Assuming there’s not a Tornado and shit.

Was looking forward to some time this afternoon, but that’s not until next week. Unless she wants to join us for lunch….

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.
