I’m awake. Shoot me.

Spent yesterday cleaning up the computer room. Since it’s actually the dining room, and we have furniture coming from relatives, we (I) need to start the transition. Also started cleaning out the walk-in closet that will become the new computer room. Whee.

After getting the new china cabinet in place (solid wood, bigger than the door…you get the idea), Rick and I rent to Siler City for take-out BBQ. Let me just say – The BBQ & Rib Company in Siler City is so worth the drive. Just take 64 to Siler City and look for the Yellow sign. We have just a little bit left over, and I don’t expect to see any of it when I get home tonight. They also make a mean Banana Pudding, and Brunswick Stew to go out of your way for.

It’s no Allen & Sons, but it’s damn close. And open Sundays.

OK, so anyway, ended up passing out between 10 & 10:30, which sucked, since I missed Futurama and Sealab 2021. I’m hoping, though, that Sealab 2021 is out on fan-made media (or digi-cpatures) since 12:45 is *NOT* the best time for me to watch.

OK, time to think about getting ready for work…

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

The sunday night stuff is the only *really* good stuff (to me) on the cartoon network. And I don’t remember to set the VCR at all.
