Probably moving cubes tomorrow. Should be interesting.

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

In my 4.5 years at RH so far, I’m up to 16 cubes. I wonder how to get to 25 in the next 6 months…

That also includes what, 2 buildings, and how many department changes?

I’m sure you can make 25 by the end of 2003, as long as you find somewhere else for the 450. Which will probably be my old cube *grin*

Hrm. Dunno – it doesn’t have a power supply?

    Is Spot moving with you?

As for my RH cube count, it’s only 2 so far out of 1.5 years. One at Meridian, one at Centennial. I’ve got a long way to go before I catch up with you and Peter.

  6. alchemist says:

No, just me. This is mostly so Spot can have his won cube again, and should things not go well this quarter, I expect I’ll have my own cube afterwards.

This will only be my third cube, so it’s not that bad, although that is in 5-6 months….

No, the one it had died or needed to be upgraded to work with the BP6 I had shoehorned in there. That PS went to my current linux box.

  8. deviant_ says:

    3 buildings, 3 dept changes.

  9. deviant_ says:

    Er, sorry, 4 buildings.
