My asking what the Intellectual Property clause on the UNC Healthcare employment contract seems to be scuttling the deal. They don’t, technically, have one. And legal/HR may not want to deal with that, and the fact that I’m concerned about it (hey, it protects both parties, dammit) may scuttle the deal.
