Happy birthday old dude

Need shower, need coffee, need to get ready and get Damien to the vet.

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

    HA HA HA you’re old.

not really. i have a friend who is 35 but acts and looks 19. and you’re, what, 4 years younger? it’s all about being young in spirit. Hell i still play with transformers and have a wall o toys, and i’m not an anal Collector that keeps them in the box, hell no. i have to open the box and play with it.

Well since you’re a capricorn I’ll show you my anime-saturn-capricorn picture from a , er “costume” party i attended earlier this year. enjoy!

    Y’know, if I wasn’t an old married man….*grin*

Are you sure you didn’t miss your true calling in fassion design? I honestly think you could give Mackie a run for his money.

Then again, every time I walk past Kitchenworks, I’m reminded of your real job…

You’re like the fifth person that has said i should be a fashion designer in the past month. I don’t really design the actual clothes, just assemble them into a smashing costume. But, Architecture is a sort of fashion design too, kind of the clothes you wear outside your clothes, between you and the evil universe.

you should try going *in* Kitchenworks sometime. There is now a local TV commercial about it. Someone said the lady talking about it was like “an older version of Celeste” it was Martha, the Owner, and she’s nuts too. I got so lucky to have such a fun client.

ahhh! livejournal is sucking me in! i’m writing paragraphs when i’m supposed to be doing other shit! AAAAHHHHH!!!

Oh, I’ve been in it. Light, airy, I *LOVE* the feel of the place. But I also can’t go in very often, or I might spend money. Which, right now, is a Bad Thing(TM)

I think you could probably design clothes or model them, or both, in addition to being an architect. It would give you an outlet for those less engaging jobs, when you’re creativity has to be held back a little *grin*
