Added moonfl0wer to my friends list. it’s about time – she’s a friend of so many lj and non-lj people I know. I might as well get off my ass and add her to the list *grin*

I will also take this moment re-iterate that I am not stalking badger, it’s just that he and I share a lot of common friends, that neither he, nor I , were aware of until I started using LiveJournal.

Scary, isn’t it?

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.

I don’t remember much about that show – between working the booth and the free beer, things were a blurr. *grin*

(Then again, my memory is notoriously pock-marked and full of holes. I would blame it on having too much fun, but it was like this before I had all that fun…)

    *sniffle* ‘sok, i guess i’m just…forgettable…

ha ha. in seriousness–if i had a nickel for everyone i’d met at a show, i’d be a rich, rich girl. all those faces just start to ble-eeee-end…

the reason i remember you is that i’ve heard your name for years, with people being shocked that i didn’t know you. and when we were finally introduced, you seemed *really* familiar–i’m sure we’ve bumped into each other a bunch of times over the years…it is raleigh, after all… ;)

  4. alchemist says:

Yeah, that’s Raleigh for you. Maybe six degrees in Hollywood, but it’s Two degrees in Raleighwood….
