Earthlink somehow switched me to 56K-dialup only when I signed up for and then lost ADSL. And the ISDN packae I used to ahve is no longer present – hence the $105 bill. However, they are going to refund my $$ and try to re0instate my old ISDN plan.
This is the first problem I’ve had with Earthlink. And, asside fmr being on hold forever, it’s bene an OK experience. If, however, I can’t get the old ISDN package, I’m switching ISPs. C’est la vie!
