I’m beginning to realize that I should make a dailly effort to update this bad boy, or it’ll never get updated.

The weekend was pretty boring stuff – I changed the oil in Renee’s car, Renee and I played a lot of Unreal Saturday and Sunday (nap time is wonderful!), Ray did a lot of toddler things (i.e. TV, Drawing, toys, played with the neighbor Sophie). We did dinner at my parents’ house Saturday night, and Renee’s parents’ house Sunday night.

I also answered a lot of mail, and forwarded apropriate things to the Moncure Mailing list I manage. Since we used to live there (and still love the place), we keep the list going.

This office is still freaking cold. I gotta find the space heater from Ray’s bathroom in the old house if this keeps up. My hands haven’t been this cold all the time since I quit smoking.

Anyway, nothing interesting here. Just hackin’ my code. And it’s almost time to head home. Maybe I’ll stop and pick up my Papa-san chair from storage – assuming I can get a cheap/inexpensive pad for it on my way home…

Interesting note of the day : CPU usage on my linux laptop seems minimal with netscape not running. Makes me wonder…

About Kevin Sonney

Kevin Sonney - who, contrary to popular opinion was NOT raised by wolves - grew up in central North Carolina. He fell into the technology field by accident in 1991, when he gave up the wild and crazy lifestyle of an on-air AM radio DJ to become a mundane technical support monkey. The technology industry has never really recovered from this. Kevin has worked for such names as IBM, Red Hat, webslingerZ, and Lulu Technologies (we won't mention the ones that didn't survive the experience). He currently works as a Linux Administrator for Apptio. In his spare time he rescues stray animals and plays video games with his two sons. His wife, we're sad to say, helps him get past the really hard bits. Kevin is still not very mundane, he just got better at hiding it.
